It's the same rigor we've each built our careers on: between us, an EdD in Higher Education Leadership and an M.S. in Data Science, backed by a combined 20+ years leading research, evaluation, and organizational strategy for institutions ranging from state education agencies to grassroots nonprofits.

We've contributed to securing $10M+ in federal grants, state contracts, and cooperative agreements, advised education leaders across 9 state agencies and 100+ school districts, and founded and scaled our own 501(c)(3) from the ground up.
